General Acceptance
By accessing and browsing the official MARFI digital lookbooks, collections, or interacting with our concierge channels, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any terms, please discontinue using the platform.
Intellectual Property & Garment Designs
All garment patterns, styling imagery, logos, typographic marks, lookbook photography, and creative assets displayed on this site are the exclusive property of MARFI Clothing Co. Any unauthorized commercial duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Collection Drops & Bespoke Availability
Our garments, drops, and bespoke pieces are subject to atelier availability. We endeavor to display fabrics, cuts, and silhouettes with precision; subtle variations in finish may naturally occur due to artisanal craft production.
Order Consultations & Concierge Protocols
All orders initiated through our VIP concierge (WhatsApp or Direct Call) receive formal pricing confirmation prior to fulfillment. Inquiries and sizing guidance are subject to studio review and confirmation.
Limitation of Liability & Support
